Davis Dart Last Chance/First Chance Brevet

Preston and I headed up to Davis after work on the 30th to meet up with everyone who was staying at Deb Banks house. We were welcomed with a game of Cards Against Humanity(Debs rules).

Got some sleep and woke up to a cold day. Preston and myself hadn't been riding much and the easiest 200k turned out to be the toughest on us. Red lantern status. Although the singletrack we threw in was super fun. 

The route was pretty flat compared to our normal riding which made it seem longer to me. Gotta love descents.

We came in around 12.5 hours. Ate some deep fried vegan Chinese at Ding How's and then a quick stop at RivetWHQ before driving back to the East Bay. Got home at midnight and went right to bed!

So much for a 200k on New Years Day! Time to get back in shape.
